Community Engagement & Programming
Education
LE JARDIN DES ROSSIGNOLS in Raymond was started in the fall of 2014, and currently has 165 students enrolled in the school.
Community Farming
Groups of community members participate in farming to grow yams, black beans, and other crops for subsistence. Additionally, seed distribution is carried out in the community, especially in the wake of natural disasters, the last being Hurricane Matthew in October 2016.
Livestock Program
The community has a goat and sheep program designed to provide funding to cover costs of education for children in Raymond.
Health
A community health nurse provides care to all the children attending Le Jardin des Rossignols school and for community members.
